Great experience July 16, 2021 Reviewer: JT from Portland, OR United States   Loved the product, very heavy (solid). I did not pay attention to the different bolts on the install so was having trouble with the last two and realized I had put the wrong ones on the front mounting brackets, they are virtually the same length but different thread. Excellent coverage May 18, 2021 Reviewer: Alex Marshall from overland park, KS United States   Installed this kit in a day. This was my first real “mod” that I was doing myself and I still felt it was easy even for me. I would recommend installing the shim -  I thought I had enough clearance but on my test drive I had an exhaust rattle. But I was able to install the shim by just loosing bolts and sliding it in so not a big deal. I went wheeling with it and felt very protected, covers all the import bits and then some. May 16, 2021 Reviewer: Dan from Orangevale, CA United States   I actually just got these installed yesterday.  Was a very smooth install, took me about two hours for this skid and transfer case skid plate install.  I did have one issue with the install, the bolt that goes all the way through the cross member hit the manual transmission mount enough it wouldn’t allow it to tighten up.  I ended up finding a shorter bolt I had (smaller diameter too) that allowed me to tighten it up.  It still touches the mount, but barely.  Great product and well thought out.  One person install too. Excellent product and customer service October 26, 2020 Reviewer: Alecia Getz from York Springs , PA United States   I called in a panic to check if skid plates would arrive on time for an upcoming event. Not only did they answer my questions but made sure it was delivered before event with some time to install. The skid plates were champions on the blue trails at Rausch Creek Offroad park. They took several hard hits with minimal damage and saved my undercarriage. Don't look anywhere else because the customer service can not be beat, the product is awesome and the price is great. I was worried since it was steel it would be heavy and a pain to install without a lift but it was no problem at all with a couple of empty paint cans and the factory jack from my Jeep.
