Omg! I am so pleased with the customer service. Of all the years I've never had such great customer service. I ordered a rebuilt kit for my rock hard rear tire cover. I ordered bearings races a new cap And a new pin. I ordered the wrong aluminum cap nut. Customer service at Rock hard notice that the cap did not match the bearing set. They took the time to call me and made me aware of that. They knew the correct cap not that I needed. The amazing Park is there's no serial number or manufacturer number on the carrier But they still knew what I needed from the explanation details that I gave them about the rear bumper/tire carrier. The review should have 10 stars not five stars. I give them 10 stars . I will definitely deal with this company again I will definitely refer this company to everyone that I know. Thank you guys . The bearing races and  the nut cap and the pin fit great my rear tire carrier swings open and closed perfect even with a 100 lb tire plus a 30 lb jack attached to it.

This part looked different than the original, but the new design is much better. Fast delivery and easy to install. My tire carrier works like new again!

Don't know what caused the old tire carrier lock pin to fail, but the new redesigned lock pin was exactly what I needed.  Quick delivery.  Like the RH install videos.
