JK owners know the concern of cracking the fuel canister. Each JK owner needs this relocation bracket. This Rockhard4x4 relocation bracket mounts the fuel canister above the rear axle onto the bottom of the body of the Jeep. This makes the canister unreachable by rocks and debris. Fits years 2007-2011. (Part #RH6005-B fits year 2012) This JK Fuel Canister relocation bracket is a must have for the serious offroader. Works on two and four door models. Kit includes installation instructions, all hardware necessary and replacement hoses.

I have a 2010 2dr Wrangler JK. I was interested in Borla’s “Climber” exhaust system which is made for the JKU. The firment issue, besides the length of the piping is that the evaporative canister sits where the muffler goes. This relocation kit was super easy to install, required no drilling and is very robust. And a little cutting of the Borla pipes (23.5” to account for the 20.5” shorter chassis from thr JKU to the JK and the additional to allow for a female-female clamp since trimming the pipe removed the flared end that rode over the muffler outflow pipe) and my keep has no rush of damage to the evap system (this kit) and an improved rear clearance (the new exhaust system). I would strongly recommend this combination for those with a 2dr JK looking for maximum off road performance.
